Mainstar is not a labour agency, all recruitment is via our in house Personnel Department. We carefully select each technician in terms of skill, qualification and experience and they are chosen to meet our clients’ specific needs, whether that be for riding squads or dry dock situations. We are cable of deploying up to 200+ technicians for single repair projects.
